Our Journey

Our journey began in 1996, when IMPL was founded at Kartarpura Industrial Area, Bais Godown, Jaipur, with a focus on manufacturing Enamelled Copper Wires. Through continuous innovation and a commitment to quality, we steadily expanded our operations to meet growing industry demands.

In 2007, we took a significant step forward by shifting to a larger manufacturing facility at Saran Doongar Industrial Area, Jhotwara Extn. II, Jaipur. Along with this expansion, we diversified our product range by starting the manufacturing of Enamelled Copper Strips, marking our entry into a broader segment of the electrical industry. To enhance production efficiency, we also introduced high-speed integrated machines, laying the foundation for advanced manufacturing capabilities.

The pursuit of excellence led us to international collaborations. In 2010, we partnered with Sicme Italia Impianti, introducing Italian machinery into our production line. This collaboration brought world-class precision and efficiency to our manufacturing processes.

Expanding our portfolio further, we began manufacturing Paper-Covered Copper Wires and Strips in 2012, catering to the growing needs of the transformer and power distribution sectors. Recognizing the demand for specialized conductors, we introduced Enamelled Fibre Copper Strips in 2014, reinforcing our position as a key player in the industry.

To further elevate our manufacturing standards, we collaborated with MAG, Germany, in 2017, integrating German machinery into our production line. This allowed us to achieve even higher levels of precision, durability, and quality.

In 2021, we marked another major milestone by starting the manufacturing of Enamelled Aluminium Wires and Strips, diversifying our offerings, and reinforcing our commitment to providing comprehensive winding solutions to various industries.
